I am a UX/UI designer currently working at TotalSoft, a leading Romanian software company that provides comprehensive solutions for various industries. At TotalSoft, I have been working on the We Agri project, a web and mobile application for agricultural management. Responsibilities: As part of my responsibilities, I have been working on various design tasks for both the web and mobile applications. I created a new design system from scratch for the web application and redesigned the entire application according to the new design system. Tools: I use Figma and Sketch app for my design work. I am particularly proficient in using Figma. Collaboration: As part of my work, I collaborate with designers from the weagri team as well as designers from other teams. I also work closely with the Business Analysis and Developer teams, providing support whenever needed through clear communication. Training: I have participated in various internal training sessions held by senior members of our team. These training sessions included testing and rapid solution design, as well as a user interview session. I have also attended a Product Management course where I was part of a team did the discovery process for an eProcurement application.
